Well it looks like I can upload pictures again on to my blog. However this past week my camera fell into some water which it didn't like to much. So now I have another problem, I don't have a camera to take pictures with. So I guess I will have to borrow a camera from someone here so I can post pictures on my blog.

Well here are some pictures of the Fort Wayne team that was here from June 6 to 15.

The team sharing some songs and testimonies with the children.

The construction project.....pouring the floor of the workshop building. This was done in two days with about 120 bags of cement used to make the concrete.

Ana's sisters came to visit in June for a number of days. Ana really enjoyed being with them since it has been over a year that she has seen them.

On June 19 to 28 a Samaritan's Purse team from Calgary Alberta came. They worked on the workshop building but also hosted 4 medical clinics in the surrounding communities around Aguascalientes. The team consisted of 3 people so it was a pretty small team but I think they enjoyed their time here.

The team helped pour the middle concrete beam that goes around the whole workshop. They also helped tie rebar.

We have two hired Mexicans working on laying brick so there is daily changes to the building as the walls go up. We hope by the beginning of August to pour the roof of this building.

On June 26 Jared, a long term volunteer, returned home. We had a goodbye party for him. We had a shirt make that said,"of course I know......I am american"....with a canadian flag below it (see picture).

We then told the waiters that it was his birthday so they brought him a couple of cup cakes (it wasn't his birthday but that was all part of the fun!!)

Here are some pictures of a clinic that the Samaritan's purse team was involved in. It was held just outside a local home. The village has a big problem with drugs and alcohol abuse. This is also where Dulce Refugio helps with the breakfast kitchens on Saturdays.
